The Defending Life Group, is a Northern Colorado Catholic pro-life group, whose primary mission is to defend the unborn, while promoting the dignity of all human life including the elderly and disabled who are threatened with life and death issues.
The goal of the Defending Life Group, is to unite in the fight against abortion, increase awareness amongst the Catholic parishes and Respect Life groups in Northern Colorado and support one another with each other's pro-life efforts. Representatives from seven Catholic parishes in Northern Colorado serve on the Defending Life Group, including representatives from Respect Life groups and Knights of Columbus from each parish, along with Catholic Campus Minsitry programs and the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS).
